Congratulations go to all of the new champions and to all of those who have won prizes during the two weeks. We would also like to thank our title sponsors Chessable for their generous sponsorship and support for the event, the various organisations who have provided additional support and prizes, including Chess and Bridge and Elk and Ruby, and the Chess Trust and John Robinson Youth Chess Trust for their ongoing support for the British. Lastly, a big thank you to all the players who have taken part in this year’s British, and of course to the organising team, arbiters, coach, commentators and support staff who have all put in so much work to make this a successful event.
