131st Internet-based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar

The 131st Internet Based FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar (English Chess Federation) was held from 15th to 22nd April 2023. It was organized by the English Chess Federation, under the auspices of FIDE. The Lecturer was IA Bayat, Shohreh (ENG), FIDE Lecturer, and the Assistant Lecturer was IA Alex Holowczak (ENG).

Twenty-three arbiters from nine federations (AND, GER, GUM, IND, KEN, PER, SWE, WLS, and ENG) participated in the seminar, and twenty-two participated in the examination test, held after the end of the lectures.
